Cute Bento Box Ideas?

I want some really cute bento box ideas!(:

And I know that most Japanese foods/bento box foods contain a lot of carbs (ie. rice, noodles, etc.) but if you could give me low carb/fat options, that would be great!

Radish roses, sashimi, seasoned rice, those octopus weenies, cucumber wedges, grilled beef skewers, unagi, and chocolate strawberries? haha

Look up bento on flickr.com. There are so many cute ideas. I just stumbled upon it, myself, and hope to adopt a new hobbie. Check out this one:

You could easily sub eggs for the rice.

You can lower on the carbs with vegetables (cucumbers, pickled radish), gyoza (dumplings), sushi (which has rice but also has fish and seaweed to balance it out), and some other form of meat--maybe shrimp skewers, or teriyaki chicken.
