ouran high school host club is an anime and a manga. the anime story is shorter than in the manga, though

air (or air tv) is an anime

fushigi yuugi is an anime and a manga. it doesnt have just romance in it. theres also a lot of action

Strawberry 100% is a cute romance that has ecchi humor, good characters, and Junpei is a blessed soul.

Air is a very sad romance, with a burning desire at the end.

Shuffle! is chok full of genre's so it can't turn anyone away. I like this one a lot.

Kanon is mystical story that has a good but scary ending

D.N. Angel is the best fantasy romance out there. But it's ending is plain

Chobits is very cute with a noble and sweet ending. A good watch.

Chibi Vampire

(The anime is called Karin)

Karin is a cute little girl who also happens to be a vampire...with a twist. Once a month, she experiences intense bleeding from her nose--we're talking gushers! In other words, she's a vamp with blood to spare, so rather than stealing blood from humans, she actually gives her blood to them. If done right, this can be an extremely positive experience that benefits the "victim" as much as the vamp. The problem is that Karin never seems to do things right!

(She falls for a human named Kenta. She's about 16 and the drawing style is very cute and kinda simple. It's by Kagesaki Yuna-sensei.)

It also a novel, but I've never read it.

I know it's been mentioned already, but Ouran High School Host Club is really good too!

Sorry I haven't read that many mangas, only Vampire Knight...which is really good. It has cute moments and romance!! =)  

For the Anime, I would recommend Ouran High School Host Club, I My Me! Strawberry Eggs and Vampire Knight. Ouran High School Host Club is being translated right now and should be coming out this year, I think. Vampire Knight's next season is coming out in October. I My Me! Strawberries is completed!!
