I like MK, and they are my first and middle initials-- my friends all call me MK.  So of course I vote for that one!

LC, KC, and KT are all cute initials for girls!  A word of warning: don't call her MJ, or when she gets to high school, people will associate her with marijauna.  My sister's name is Mary Jane, and she got teased about it for a while!
