I really like the name Nora, especially with that spelling!

A middle name with at least two syllables, preferably three, would sound best. This would balance the name out nicely. Having a name that doesn't end with 'a' or 'l' would be good as well, so that the name isn't too rhymy or sing-songy. I would also avoid a middle name that begins with the letter 'a', as this would cause the end of the name Nora to run into the start of your chosen middle name.

And if you're into alliteration, Nora Naomi Hal sounds 'cute'. Although, in any case, a name being cute shouldn't be your main objective. You should try to find a name that is most wearable for your child, that will be a source of pride for them throughout their life... and they only stay cute throughout the first 10 years of their lives. After that they tend to need a serious name. That said, the name Nora is incredibly lovely and you've made a fantastic choice. It is a name that I'd recommend, and one that sounds just as good on an adult as it does a child.
