Cute short cartoon with dragon who burns bird and stuffs it in a bush? From 90's, I think?

There was a really funny and short cartoon clip...might've been on Comedy Channel. It was a dragon who picks up a bird, tries to imitate it by whistling and accidentally burns it and stuffs it into the bushes. Anyone know where I can find that?
