Cute text that i have no idea how to do help plz!?

okay so there is this super cute text on photobucket that im pretty sure you create there on photobucket or on some other website but i have no idea how to do it it looks like this

and like on myspace ppl will use this text to write super cute on like pictures and stuff and i was thinking that that might be there handwriting but everywhere i look its the exact same handwriting and not everyone has the same handwriting write so i have no idea how to create it and i really want to cuz its super pretty
