  1. It isn't hard to cut out processed foods almost entirely from your diet. Can't think of any negatives (other than the time it will take to cook and prepare meals) but there are many positives (such as your health and tasting real food). I think some countries are just so used to eating processed, convenience food whereas many countries in Europe rarely eat anything that hasn't been made from scratch.

  2. That sounds expensive and maybe unneccesary becuase if you don't plan on doing it for a long period of time, it may not have a chance to cause any noticable changes. Maybe try eating less processed foods and putting better things into your diet like fruits and veg's.

  3. (con) It is a little harder than you think honestly, but tons of people do it. First of all go in your pantry and dump everything out, LOL Then go in your freezer and anything that isnt meat, throw it out. Very costly once you pile it all up.

(pro) You would benefit from all the protein and nutrients you will have from fresh items. I love my grill, so I'm half way there, LOL

Good luck if you decide to do it!!!

  4. There are no cons except maybe time and expense.  Processed foods are never good.  Good for you!

  5. This really is not a question for this section.  Vegetarians do not eat chicken or fish.

  6. I really can't think of any cons other then fixin' your meals from scratch might take you a little longer.

The health benefits are very good. Since I've cut way down on processed foods I feel a lot better and have lost weight. For me the expense isn't more, but that's because I'm vegan. If you are going to buy meat to include in your diet, particularly fish, it might get a little more pricey then perhaps what you are used to.
