Question:

Cutting wieght?

I am 5'5" and weigh 170. Needless to say it is a bad weight for me to fight at. I like to fight around 152 but I have a h**l of a time cutting weight for fights. Does anyone have a good routine for cutting weight? And please dont give me the eat less calories than you burn thing. I am very well educated about health and anatomy. I am talking about a specific workout plan or diet that can help me.

  1. you can always try prune juice and plastic bags.

    drink the prune juice it will flush you out

    if you run with the plastic bags on i am sure you will lose plenty of weight with that


  2. For me, it was all waterweight.

    I would drink a ton of water for 3 days, then only drink a tiny bit (water or anything really) with meals, then for last day no liquids at all.

    Yeah you will feel like c**p, but it works well

  3. Plain old white rice and water coupled with loads of misery.  Good luck buddy, there are no short cuts or easy ways around it.  You have to starve while you increase the amount and length of your cardio work outs.

  4. There's one way that always works for me, (an old-time one)... eat tuna, (canned or fresh), for every meal for a minimum of 3 days, along with your workouts - cardio's work best though.
