Cutting your leg in water?

when jumpin into a swimmin pool and you land hard on the water it can bruise but can it also tear the skin and cut it ??

Yes, you can if you are going fast enough and you land funny you can. I know people who have done it!

i suppose it depends what force you hit the water at, and if you were divin into really cold water, then you may cut urself on ice, lol

i dont think water can shear enough to cause tearing, but bruising is caused by the sudden pressure against the skin.
