Cxmb question for psp?

Question

i have a psp that has 3.95 gen-2 and i was looking for cool themes (ctf format) and i couldnt find any that would work with mine. i know i set it up right cause i have one that works. can someone show me a link to more or if theirs a plugin that lets me use lower versions of ctfs.
