Iam trying to build a deck for a freind of mine he wants a cyber dragon deck ((NO cyberdark dragon)) He is low on money so please rate. Please suggest what u think one should change

yeah a Cyber deck just isnt "good" anymore...

only aloud 2 Cyber Dragons... everyone ruined it by puttin Cyber into random $hit decks...

but yeah... a Cyber Dragon deck is kool to brag bout... but ya there mostly only good for the special summon an tribute move... try using Compulsuary Evacuation Device... its the most stupidest card... but it works... best way to p**s off ur opponent also

Laser and Barrier... there not as great as u think... pretty d**n hard to summon either of them out...

Laser is cool tho... his ability is killer... but u'll need to really base the deck around them u know? like add in cards to bring out all the Proto-Cybers or the Cyber Dragons themselves...

Grave of Endkindling and Inferno Reckless Summon is a basic way of doing it...

anyways tough on cash huh?

try goin to a local card shop or find other duelist to trade cards with...

also why is Infernal Dragon in here?

he'll only last one turn unless u dont attack with it...

try add in UFO Turtle... there good defense an they can help get out Cyber Phoenix who is some what a important card in this deck...

also try out some big hitters also

u know like Cyber Tech Alligator and Gear Golem the Moving Fortress

2 easy monsters to get out of the structure decks...

Gear Golem is in the Machines Re-Volt Structure deck, also get that kool Ancient Gear Golem also

Alligator is in i think the Syrus Truesdale Structure deck, i think the Jaden Yuki one also

u can also get cool cards like "POT OF AVARICE" which is a must have in every deck, can get that in the Machines Re-Volt structure deck

A Feather of the Phoenix is in the Syrus Truesdale deck, and Jaden Yuki's structure deck doesnt have anytin really in the deck... but ya

anyways try add in Machine Monsters or something that can really protect them u know? Cyber Phoenix will be doin alot of protecting... an u only have 2 of them... Laser an Barrier wont do the trick...

so try add in some UFO Turtles for the Cyber Phoenix's

or u can try make a differnt deck...

Gadgets are kool tho, lots of duelists do use them, can really flood the field

but ya a Cyber deck just isnt top notch anymore...

Well so far you have a good start. You might want to add these cards or ones similar to your deck.

Armored Cybern - Very good with Cyber Decks, Unions only with Cyber Dragon Type Monsters and once per down you can automactly destroy one monster

Cyber Kirin  - So that Power Bonds Damage is negated if you dont defuse Cyber Dragon

Cyber Valley - 3 Good Effects that help this kinda of decks

Cyber Ouroboros - Good Effect

Add 1 more Cyber Dragon

And I would recommend highly you add at least 3-4-5 dragon cards that are lvl 4 or lower, Right now only your gadgets are the ones "sacrifiable" and thast not good since you may run out of monsters to summon. Since Cyber Laser and Cyber Barrier and those cant be summoned unless Cyber Dragon is on the field and you cant depend on Cyber Dragons effect every time.

Also i would really recommend adding CyberDarks since they are very good but if your friend doesnt want it, i guess its ok.

Now your spells are pretty good, but you may want pot of greed/ graciful chairty to get some extra cards and maybe Hammer Shot to take out a enemy fast

but you need more traps if you want to succed. Try these:

Cybernetic Hidden Technology - Destroy a opponenet monster if they target one of your Cyber Dragons

Draining Shield - To get some extra life points

Magic/Trap Jammer - Obviouse Reasons

Finally, you obviously forgot the whole reason for a Cyber Deck FUSIONS!!! I'm not sure if you just forgot to list or what. But anyhow, some you want:

Cyber Twin Dragon

Chimeratech Overdragon - Those like Cyber Barrier and Cyber Laser as well as Cyber Valley and Cyber Ouroboros count when fusing

Tell me how your deck works out and if your friend liked it. Also i listed a lot of cards so you may need to take some out from the ones you have now. Some you might want to:

Shrink - I see no point - Sure it halves Atk for 1 turn but whats the long term point?

Trade Premature Burial for Monster Reborn, same effect but no life point loss
