I CANNOT FIND A INSTRUCTION MANUEL FOR THIS PRODUCT. IT HAS A PLACE ON THE BOTTOM WHICH LOOKS LIKE A BATTERY MAY GO? IT TURNS ON WITH BATTERY PACK OR THE RED LIGHT COMES ON BUT IT DOES NOT DO ANYTHING ELSE.
