DH and I are hoping to conceive, but over the last several months m like clockwork 28 day cycle has been 26, 27 days and my b*****s have been getting a little more tender than usual mid-cycle (I recently turned 30). AF is due on the 15th, but I feel wierd. I am so tired, even going up the stairs - my arms and legs feel really heavy and I am short of breath. My b*****s are tender and enlarged - but that could be due to AF. On Saturday I woke up with AF like cramps but a little different, almost as if they were deeper and more towards my back. I have been gagging over the last several days and now I have the worst heartburn I have ever had - it's right in my throat - I can't even sleep. I am still getting these AF type cramps on and off which is unusual this early before my period but could be due to a changing cycle. I did a HPT today but it was negative, I didn't use my morning urine. Has anyone experienced a change in their menstrual cycle after turning 30 and has anyone had these types of symptoms in early pregnancy?
