Cycle change or early pregnancy symptoms?

DH and I are hoping to conceive, but over the last several months my like clockwork 28 day cycle has been 26, 27 days and my b*****s have been getting a little more tender than usual mid-cycle (I recently turned 30). AF is due on the 15th, but I feel wierd. I am so tired, even going up the stairs - my arms and legs feel really heavy and I am short of breath. My b*****s are tender and enlarged - but that could be due to AF. On Saturday I woke up with AF like cramps but a little different, almost as if they were deeper and more towards my back. I have been gagging over the last several days and now I have the worst heartburn I have ever had - it's right in my throat - I can't even sleep. I am still getting these AF type cramps on and off which is unusual this early before my period but could be due to a changing cycle. I did an HPT this morning but it was negative. Has anyone experienced a change in their menstrual cycle after turning 30 and has anyone had these types of symptoms in early pregnancy? Is it rare to get a BFP this far ahead of AF?

These all sound like very good signs =)  I would test on Saturday if AF doesn't arrive Friday.  It would be early for a positive since you are probably near 12 DPO right now.

I haven't read about cycle changing due to age, a variation of a day or two doesn't seem like too big a deal to me though.
