faint pregnancy signs.Do you think I could test and get a accurate result this early

If you have a 27 day cycle then it is possible that it would show up as a positive with one of the ones that can give accurate results up to 5 days before you miss your period.  Or a blood test should be accurate by now.  I would stock up with Dollar Tree tests and test often, but that's just me.

No.  You're not pregnant until the embryo implants in the endometrium of the uterus, this happens 2-3 days before the end of the cycle, this is the criteria for expression of hCG - which is what a HPT tests for.  Unless you have a 3 week cycle, you're not pregnant.
