Cycling,anyone know what to do about snakes on road?

i love cycling and soo many snakes on road lately where i ride and im very afraid of them and almost crash from jerking when i see one.any tips?

  1. if your on a road bike, dodge them. whatever you do, dont run over them becauser they can get in your rims and etc. if your on a bmx or mtb, bunnyhop or go up on to the footpath.


  2. Don't worry about the snakes man. I view a snake like a pot hole, just go around them.  Should you hit one, be sure to pick your feet up. They can get entangled in your spokes, and let me tell you, Mr. snake is not going to be a happy camper.

    I can tell you this, should one ever become entangled in my spokes while riding, I will pulling on the ejection handle.

    Don't worry about it though my friend. With the cool Spring nights, those rascals like the warmth of the pavement, especially in the evening or at night.

  3. Bunny hop over them!

    Well, its a lot easier to do on a MTB, but if your'e riding on the road your'e probably riding a road bike. If there are a lot, I would just ignore them and keep going.
