Cycling Coaches in Florida?

Question

I'm looking for a Cycling coach in Florida around the Broward area, it doesn't have to be exactly around Broward. But i need to train for competitive cycling and I'm new at this and i don't know where to find a coach.

wow I'm from west palm its a small world, but i am just starting to get into cycling. What i would suggest to you is to get the lance armstrong book, and get a cycling heart rate book. they will tell you what kind of heart rate, speed distance and what position you should have. I know the palm beach county library has them so your county library should to. Oh i was also wondering if you knew any cycling clubs that i could ride with anywhere in palm beach or broward area?
