By winning the recent Time trial event, Cancellara has proven himself to be one of the best cycle racers of all times but still, the Beijing Olympics’ gold medalist doesn’t seem too sure about his performance at the race as he said that he was feeling slightly
out of temper and out of touch then. He has pulled out of the Tour of Spain due to physical fatigue. The Time trial master told the media persons that he will rethink his decision regarding the Tour of Spain only if he feels hundred percent fit.
Fabian Cancellara’s fourth Time trial victory at the Road World Championships is definitely dear to him as it has given him new inspiration and hope for the future. He commented on it and said that he was delighted with the way he had performed there as
earlier he wasn’t sure of a victory due to his incomplete form. He added that it was a tough route and he wasn’t really sure about his physic but despite this, he was able to settle the brawl in a marvelous way. Cancellera also praised the performances of
his rivals in the race and said that Miller did a great job who gave him a hard challenge.
The fans of this Swiss champ are always up to see him winning and Cancellera is well aware of this fact. The twenty nine year old maintained that he is happy to know that his fans support him and he hopes to remain motivated and focused towards his future
targets. Finally, by winning the Time trial event for the record fourth time, Fabian has definitely made history but he remains hopeful for the upcoming cycling events as well.
