  1. call me crazy but i put two tablespoon of sugur in my bottle cage and plan water in my backlpack  hey don't laugh it works

  2. Actually, you might try some of the food products made for cyclists, such as the energy gels and snacks that give you quick energy, and stick to water for drinking.

  3. lucazade

  4. Emergen-C in your water bottle (Vitamine C and Potasium) and any Gel like GU etc for quick boost.. Gatorade is Expernsive coloured water + salt+sugar..  It did not work for me on long rides (50 plus miles).

  5. try a can of red bull 10 mins before biking,it should get ya going pretty good, along the way just water is fine,to keep ya from dehydrating that is...ride on

  6. Gatorade is the best.  Mountain Dew or your favorite caffiene product will help.   In fact, I like to mix some Dt. Dew with gatorade to give you something that isnt so flat.

I'd stay away from "Red Bull" type products.

  7. Water in the camel pak and a bottle of OJ or lemonade on the cage. Caffiene will wake you up but also dehydrate you.
