  3. not only is it good for your body, it is a great cardio workout, it allows you to get from point a to point b faster than walking, a really great group of people ride bikes everyday instead of driving thier cars, you can take a bike on the transit system if you are going some place that you don't want to or cant ride to, it dosent cost you anything in the way of fuel, rarely will you ever get pulled over on a bike, most places you go have a bike rack that you can lock your bike to so it dosent walk away with someone else, the list goes on and on...
