  1. I use cycle paths whenever I can, as there hasn't been any reports in my area (Santa Fe, NM) of violence on cycle paths.  The roads here scare the heck out of me though, I swear half the drivers think they get points of knocking a cyclist off the road.

  2. as i person that in a year rode over 45 thousand kilometers.

    200-300ks a day.

by the australian road law only a horse or pedestrian has more right.

it is no commputer game we are not worth bonus points.

in many of my travels what else, but no choice, the road.

more bikes less cars, oil burners.

safer at sixty. km/h and on a bicycle down hill.

if you can avoid death and a mess in your pants.

f the freaks that do not know such joy.

  3. cycle paths are much safer

  4. Round here - west central London -  they all seem to use THE PAVEMENTS.............

  5. When I ride I use the paths and I never ride on the roads, roads are for vehicles not bikes.

  6. I use cycle paths where ever possible. I don't enjoy being on the road, even in a place which is relatively cycle friendly (Cambridge) because lorries and buses genuinely don't always see you and taxis do see you but cut you up all the time. Your average car driver is not really the problem.
