D: It's storming here...when can I plug my laptop in?

Question

There is a thunderstorm going on...laptop's at 30%, shuts down at 10%...

I know it's not smart to plug my laptop in...but the storm seems to be subsiding...when is it safe to plug it in?

i really don't see a problem, unless the lightning is really bad. All u need is a surge protector for your laptop and you should be good to go. I have a laptop with a surge protector and i am on it during storms, as long as it doesn't get too bad. I keep my laptop plugged in at all times. Not sure what kind of situation you are in. If you are taking it somewhere, then wait till the storm is gone.
