Since I don't have the FireRed version I have absolutely no acess to the wild Elekid (which can hold an Electrizer). The Pokemon that I have to offer are: Charmander, Squirtle, Bulbasaur, Chimchar, Totodile, Mudkip, Torchic, Porygon, Tropius, Lunatone, Bagon, Kangaskhan, Aerodactyl or Dratini.
