D.R. Horton Builders reputable?

Does anyone know if D.R. Horton Builder's is a reputable company? If yes or no, please explain or send website.

Ask yourself a few simple questions, why am i thinking of using them? did you find them or did they find you, Can you get references? are they vat registered? Are they members of reputable organisations, such as NHBC, Constructionline, Are they asking for monies up front (if so give them a wide swerve) Can they produce a job and payment schedule that you are comfortable with, (make sure the payment isnt top heavy, in other words be sure early payments are not to high) Try to see there work and talk to there clients, how long have they been established. and dont go to them because they are cheap be absolutely clear what they expect to do for what payments, try not to have to many provisional costs built in.be lucky

It's one of the biggest residential developers in the country.  A publically held company.  Reputable? Yes.

In Arizona they are fine.  We get lists of the ones who have the most complaints.  My friends live in some of them and are happy.  I'm a realty agent and i don't work for Horton.  /
