Would it be a good idea to try and trade DeAngelo Williams and Reggie Williams for Larry Fitzgerald?

My current RB's and WR's are:

RB: Marion Barber, Larry Johnson, Jonathan Stewart, and DeAngelo Williams.

WR: Santonio Holmes, Greg Jennings, Wes Welker, Jerricho Cotchery, and Reggie Williams.

This is a 12 member nfl.com fantasy leauge and the scoring is head to head with the point system being the same as the default.

  1. Yes, if you find someone dumb enough to do the trade, go for it.  DWilliams and RWilliams haven't done squat as far as fantasy is concerned.  Fitzgerald could possibly be a top 3 to 5 receiver next year if Leinart can get him the ball.

    GO FOR IT!

  2. no

  3. Sure, try it.

It's always a good plan to try to trade depth for stars.

I don't think they'll take it, but it's worth seeing how much they'll ask.

Reggie Williams is very average, and not much of a TD producer.  Jerry Porter may take a lot of his cheese.

DeAngelo Williams now has to contend with the bulldozer Jonathan Stewart from Oregon.  It could be a platoon back system.  We don't know how many carries Williams will get.

Fitzgerald is a Top 5 wideout in most lists, so I doubt they'll take it.

It never hurts to start low.

  4. a no brainer!!.

    if someone does that trade

you are in a noob league
