Do you mean you want to unsubscribe from a Yahoo Group that you are in?  If so, then log in to the Yahoo Groups web site, then go to the home page of the Group you want to unsubscribe from.  Then click Edit Membership near the middle of the top line (just below the ad if there is one).  Then click the Leave Group button down in the lower-right-hand corner of the resulting page.  Then follow the directions on the next page.

Go to the group's site, click on edit membership along the top. In the next window scroll down and check leave group Click save changes and you should be out. It may take a day to take effect.
