D.i.y lomo effects on a digital camera?

is there a d.i.y lense that you can make to make your digital picture to look like it came from a lomo camera ?

i have a fuji finepix s1000fd

You will need to find a way to cause some vignetting on the cameras sensor.

You will need to cause colour fringing on the edges where the vignetting is.

You will have to introduce come kind of lens flare to approximate the poor quality of the LOMO plastic lens.

You will have to shut off the auto-focus and preset the focus to six feet.

Even then your camera is so superior to the LOMO you may not get the effect you want.  There are a lot of serendipitous factors you cannot duplicate ... like light leaks and scratches on the base or emulsion sides of the film.
