Question:

D pad keys do not work

Hi Guru,
I have a Dopod 838 pro an all seemed fine until a week ago my d-pad and other hard keys stopped working. The touch screen works but the hard keys do not. I have tried reseting(soft) the phone but nothing happens. I have tried everything but nothing happens.
Please help guru.......
