DBZ or Naruto which is the better show?

It is pretty hard to choose one. I would choose Dragon Ball Z over Naruto because Naruto personly gets a little hard to follow after about the 90th episode. DBZ in each season the storyline doesn't get hard to follow.

hm..i love those two..but naruto fight scene is a little bit bored and to short...but the story lines are good...for DB i love the characters....the fight scene..if you asked me which one isstrongerr i will choose DB because well..one blow can destroy the universe.ha haa..DB is not to violance..because the dead body is not seen after the match..while naruto is vice versa..for me those two are the best!

I'd go for Naruto since the ppl grow up, (from Naruto to Naruto Shippuudens) and it shows some character development, not just new super powers. Naruto also tries to emphasis team work, friendship and comedy much more that DBZ does.

But this is just my opinion and someone just might vote me down on this.

Well, id say Naruto, it has a lot of truly remarkable and original characters which actually develop in the story, and most of them have an interesting past, some more than others,

also, the fighting moves used in Naruto are unique to each character and very, very tactic, you're actually explained how some of the most difficult ones work and get to see how the character struggles to learn it, because theyre not easy

You get to see your favorite character(who may or not be Naruto, as each one is way interesting)getting out of a tight spot, some of the characters are rivals, other are close friends, and a couple have a crush on another

The story's quite complex, since it deals with friendship, betrayal, tragedy and growth, all with a very nice amount of action

the music always manages to fit the mood, be it when a character is getting owned or just gained the upper hand, the music always fits

Fights are long, but every non-filler episode is worth it, trust me on this one, theyll have you cheering on your favorite character and wanting to watch the next episode soon enough

Dragonball series crushes anything that Naruto can cook up.  Seriously, it still holds standards to this day.  

What does Naruto have....nothing!  Naruto himself is a blonde Goku cosplayer!

dbz is way superior. although the story is a bit repetitive ( bad guys appear and beat the good guys, good guys retreat and learn a new technique then beat the snot out of the bad guys), the character build ups and the fight scenes are better.

I love DBZ and Naruto. But if I have to choose I say DBZ. Because the fight scenes are intense. In Naruto the fight scenes are drawn out and slow.

Naruto.

1) DBZ spends way too much time on the fights and battles that, if you've ever read the manga (or comic since the market it in the US as a normal comic), it takes about two volumes to get through a single fight. I don't want to spend forever reading about two or three characters and why they're fighting when you KNOW why they're fighting and they just want to drag it on.

2) The characters are more developed. There are hints at who some of them have a crush on. The majority of them have flashbacks or past stories (excluding the sand siblings, Shino, and Tenten). They show what the characters do in their free time. DBZ just shows how they fight.

3) There's more interesting humor. If you read the manga, it's harder to catch the silliness sometimes, but it's there. The show is just funny all around when it comes to the sound effects and how characters react. And when they get ad, they don't take a million chapters to describe it. They just show it in one or two panels. I'll admit that DBZ has some good jokes, but overall, Naruto is better.

4) The fights themselves are better. Not just in time management but in its own, unique way. You can see flashbacks during the fights and it one takes an extra chapter or two. In DBZ, it takes much, much longer to describe the flashbacks, even if it's as simple as "he hit me in middle school" or "he stole my lunch money".

I could go on, but i think you get it. Naruto is better in my opinion. ^___^
