What is the possibility of what experts say about December 21, 2012 will happen? 75% chance? 50%???

Please, LET ME KNOW if you are SOMEONE who has GATHERED RESEARCH, and not just someone who is skeptical..

ALSO..let me know your opinion about even if this day comes, is there anything you can really do about it?

P.S. if you are an actual person who is gathering all the information they can to find out the more about the events on this day ADD ME and E-Mail me. and we can educate each other more about this day to come.

This is a serious issue to me.

    That day will arrive on schedule. It will follow December 20, 2012 and end by December 22, 2012.


  2. Lord knows as this date approaches there will be the "end of the world" preachers and cults springing up all around the world. The media will surely get behind that with both feet running. Seems our society will do this with a passing comet or millennium change or even a new eclipse.

    What we do know ... The Mayan Calendar does not foretell the end of the world p***e'. However it does foretell a negative prophecy in 2012, and an "end of times", which the earth has seen several times as we know; civilizations have fallen, disease and plauges have changed nations. "Times" so to speak have always died out to be replaced with newer times.

    Does that mean we are out of the woods completely? Well not exactly, and here is why. The mayan calendar points to a time in the near future where something dramatic will happend to end the "times". What do we know about that could possibly be this transforming experience? An experience so dramatic that it could change the way we live on the earth? Solar flares- that exceed the size and duration of any in recorded history. This is not just simply a guess, or prophesy of any kind.

    Our sun has a solar cycle of 11 years at which time it produces sun spots. It is believed this happens

    due to a relationship between the sun and Jupiter. Both the sun and Jupiter (the largest planet in our solar system) actually wobble in their positions. We believe the Sun remains still but it actually wobbles millions of miles due to the gravitational relationship between its self and Jupiter. This sort of shakes the mass of the sun which in turn causes solar flairs at the time of the sun spots every 11 years.

    In 2012 this wobbling well be directly on its cycle to produce these solar flairs. Thats not all ...

    Our solar system (Sun, Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto) are like a disk of sorts as we all know. Well this tiny disk compared to the galaxy is usually just above the flat edge of the larger disk that is the Milky way. Our solar system orbits in the Milky way as due the

    planets around the sun. In 2012, our disk will be moving from the top of the Milky way disk and into the center. Picture a round pizza (Milky way) and we are one pepperoni. We usually sit on the top just like the pepperoni. However in 2012 the pepperoni will move inside the crust of the pizza. Our solar system will move into the center of the Milky way as it does every 21,000 years. At this time our solar

    system will be in complete alignment with all the gravitational forces of the Milky way on one horizontal plane. This will exert tremendous forces on our solar system. This will coincide with the normal 11 year cycle of the sun and its solar flares. Furthermore, the sun's magnetic polar axis is due to shift again in 2012 on its normal cycle.

    The facts are in and the truth is in 2012 we will be in danger of extreme solar flare activity that could potentially knock out all electrical systems on earth. It just depends on how strong these flares will be, something that no one really knows at this time.

    Its kind of like living near a swollen river. You know there is a large storm coming but you don't know how large the storm will be. You know you will be in danger of flooding to some extent, but you just don't know how much yet. Honestly, this is the situation that we will face in 2012, maybe even sooner.

    I try to keep in mind that every since I was a small kid, someone somewhere has foretold of the "end times". I personally don't believe in that sort of mythology. But the truth is the planet has taken extreme abuses in history be that of asteroids or ice ages that are just a part of living in the physical world; as are solar flares.

    A small solar flare in March of 1989 destroyed some power grids in North America. This solar cycle which begins in 2012 will be at the same time as our solar system moves into the center of the disk of the Milky way. The importance of that is that we will suddenly be susceptible to extreme gravitational forces from the galaxy its self, which will disrupt or aggravate the normal solar flare cycle.

    It is certain we will experience disruptive solar flares that will almost certainly knock out some satellites. These flares could be strong enough to shut down power grids on a global scale. We just wont know until the time comes really. This is however something you should be aware of, and take any neccessary precautions to be able to live without power for days to weeks. Power is something we take for granted, but what would you do if it were simply gone for weeks at a time?

  3. According to my observations.. there will be just an ordinary day for us to go to school,, work and live life the way we want. So don't worry. They say that if that day comes. the world will end. The answer is no. What do you just think the age of the earth? about a millions and millions years old right? so why did it last that long and end when it is full of life? So please don't be alarmed. See, the NASA has a schedule mission on Mars in 2030 why think of the world ending in 2012? For sure the NASA will know it first before us!

  6. Any 'expert' worthy of the name will tell you that the most likely figure is 0% probability of anything unusual happening on December 21st 2012. It would be rather pointless to research into the fact that nothing is going to happen. All that needs to be done is to wait for a ridiculous claim for some far-fetched event and then debunk it. I think debunking 'occurances' are currently running at 100%.

    By all means do your research, post your findings here and I'm sure they will be instantly debunked.

    The exact same probablity exists for December 22, 2012, and the 23d, and the 24th, etc.

    The probablity that the Earth will be destroyed on December 21, 2012?  Too small to be written on a computer.

  13. Funny what they call experts these days.

    There is nothing unusual expected for Dec. 21, 2012.  Virtually all of the predictions of doom you have heard are bunk.  Every single one.  It started with the History Channel's airing of a truly outrageous documentary about the ancient Mayans predicting the end of the world.  Did they have an advanced calendar for their age?  Yes.  Did they know anything about future disasters?  No.  Some have claimed that they made accurate predictions of human affairs, but this isn't true.  And they didn't predict the end of the world, or anything like it.

    Then once the 2012 hype spread, everybody else with a pet doomsday prophecy jumped on the bandwagon.  I have researched each of these and none of the claims are true:

    1)  There will be no cosmic alignment of any significance.

    2)  The solar system will not cross the plane of the galaxy.  The sun *appears* to cross the galactic equator on that date, as it does EVERY year.

    3)  There is NO Planet X or Nibiru.  That's a lie made up by Sitchin and others who want to see if they can profit by writing about it.  He already predicted some disastrous encounter with Nibiru for the year 2003.  One web site with his erroneous predictions for that year, incredibly, is still on the Internet.  So the quack just adds nine years to the date and continues to be a pop hero.

    4)  Neither the magnetic nor geographic poles will "shift" or "flip" or anything like that.  Magnetic pole shift is well understood and takes thousands of years to occur.

    5)  There is no black hole or planet or large asteroid or anything like those headed our way for a close pass or collision on that date.  If there was some unseen thing coming toward us, doomsdayers certainly wouldn't know about it before astronomers would.

    It is my hope that December 21 2012 will mark a positive change in our world, but my research has indicated that we are experiencing a gathering storm so to speak. The next four years will be filled with disaster after disaster.

The rumored end of the world in 2012 is based primarily on the Mayan calendar’s end of the Great Cycle.  Possibility of it occurring?  Nil.  Zilch.  Zero.  I can assure you that the world will not end on 2012 December 21 but it will end one day.  Remember that if there is a beginning, there is an end.  

    Although the world will not end yet, there is something around this time that will happen which the Holy Spirit told us about two decades ago and which He confirmed in the late 1990s when I asked Him about it.  This is about the nuclear Third World War corroborated by three other independent prophecies.  

    We know that the chance of dying in this war is greater than it is now.  It is one in every three persons.  This is what should concern us about.  So we better hurry up for time is in a hurry.  It will not be “Better late than never” but “If you are late, you are late. Period.  Full stop.”

    God loves us very much that is why He is giving warning signs.  Let us heed them.  The Holy Spirit told us that now is harvest time.  And the fruit of time is the people who will be harvested.  He also told us that time is old that is why it is forgetful (something like having dementia).  Do we not notice the changes in the weather?  Also, He told us that after the harvest, it will have new buds, new growth, springtime.  So after people have been eliminated in this world (about AD 2200), there will be a new set of good people to restart and repopulate this world.

    Nostradamus’ prophecy of when the world will end is far into the future, past about 3700.  This is in agreement with what I heard and learned from the Holy Spirit—that there will only be about 144,000 around AD 2200, peace reigns for a thousand years till around AD 3200, and then Satan will be released to test the descendants of the elect for about 500 years.  After that, the end will come.

    The Mayan’s Mesoamerican Long Count calendar forms the basis for a New Age belief, first forecast by Jose Arguelles, that a cataclysm will take place on or about 2012 December 21 (Wikipedia).  Mainstream Mayan scholars consider “cataclysm” or “apocalypse” as a misinterpretation for to the Mayan scribes, it literally means uncovering or revealing.

    The Long Count has 360 days in a year called “Tun”.  A “Tun” has 18 months or “unials” and each “unial” has 20 days.  Twenty (20) Tuns is a Katun and 20 Katuns is a Baktun (144,000 days or about 400 solar years).  Thirteen (13) Baktuns is a “Great Cycle” of 1,872,000 days (5,200 Tuns or about 5,125 solar years).  The Great Cycle in the proleptic Gregorian calendar started on 3114 BC August 11 (day 0.0.0.0.0) and ends on 2012 December 21 (day 13.0.0.0.0) – winter solstice in the Northern Hemisphere.  The Great Cycle restarts the next day (day 0.0.0.0.0).  The representation of the Great Cycle of the Mayan Long Count calendar is as follows: (13 Baktuns.20 Katuns.20 Tuns.18 Uinals.20 days).

    In the book of Revelation, it tells us about a period of a thousand years of peace. Has this occurred already since the time of Jesus?  Not yet. That will still come. Those that give predictions of the world’s end, such as 2012 and numerous times during the past, are pseudo-preachers. Have they talked to God directly? If so, give proofs.

    But there is something that will certainly happen—and that is our physical death. This is what we should prepare for. It may come when least expected. We do not know the day and the hour. It will come like a thief in the night. So we just have to be prepared all the time. Search for the true God and when we find Him, follow His commandments and remain in Him until our last dying breath.

    This is all that we have to do. It is faith in the true God that we can take with us when we depart from this world. If we denied Him, He will deny us also before the Father in Heaven and send us to h**l. This is very scary – to live in h**l forever.  If we knew Him and loved Him and followed His commandments, then He may reward us to live with Him eternally in His kingdom in Heaven. This is the survival kit that we should have.

    Did you know that in his or her boredom, “Thanks for reading this” theorized in Yahoo Answers, Religion & Spirituality section, that 2012 is 20 + 12 = 32, the approximate age of Jesus when He was crucified and died?  I answered that when Jesus died, He was actually 32 solar years old, equivalent to 33 lunar years.  Details are in http://www.geocities.com/peacecrusader88...  Is this a sign that God is warning us of the impending calamity around 2012, like the end of the Mayan’s calendar cycle?  But I repeat, 2012 is not the end of the world yet.

    The Holy Spirit also told us that beings from another planet will take only the marked good people out of this world.  I asked Him if it’s a million.  He said much less than that.  Then I asked if the number is the one mentioned in Revelation and He affirmed it.  A few weeks ago this year, 2008, as I was reading Revelation, I came across Revelation 14:3 to wit (King James Version):  ÃƒÂ¢Ã‚€ÂœAnd they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth.”  ÃƒÂ¢Ã‚€ÂœRedeemed from the earth” means saved from the earth.  And there were 144,000 of them.  This must be what the Holy Spirit was referring to several years ago.  His advice to all: leave their wicked way of life and change their way of thinking.  We should come back to the true God before it’s too late.  (I read in Isaiah 55:7 this message, to wit (KJV): “Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.”)  Be good then so that we may be considered to be among the 144,000 who will be saved, and later will restart and repopulate this world.  The Holy Spirit told us to tell people about this prophecy even though they accuse us as being out of our minds.  He assured us that this will happen, similar to Noah’s prophecy of the Great Flood which took a hundred years before it was fulfilled.  The vessel that Noah used to be saved was an ark.  This time, another kind of vesssel will be used to save the elect.

      

    What is also certain to happen very soon (in about 2012 or earlier) is World War III and this is a nuclear war.  This “calamitous war” (as Nostradamus called it) will start from the Philippines, at Spratly Islands in particular.  The Spratly Islands lie on the southeast part of the South China Sea mostly near the coast of the Philippines.  The Holy Spirit told us that the Philippines is the wick of a gas lamp.  Once the wick is lit, it will be on and aglow.  He told us about this prophecy about two decades ago.  He said that the troubles in the Philippines will spread to the whole world until mankind is almost annihilated and a few will remain.  Spratly Islands are being claimed wholly by China, Taiwan and Vietnam; and partly by Malaysia, Brunei and the Philippines.  The area is considered a tinderbox, a flash point.  It is very rich in oil and gas resources, estimated to be more than the reserve of Kuwait.  The high price of oil may trigger the grabbing of these islands and start the war.

    After the calamitous war, we will have a new age, a spiritual awakening or enlightenment, and peace will reign for a long time.  The population would have been reduced by a third and there will be much arable land that will be available.  People will be living in planned cities and communities.  Would you like to live in a city where the land is free and you are guaranteed possession of the land for 50 years, renewable, and which you can bequeath to an heir?  

    The Holy Spirit has given His prophecies and these are what will happen.  Be rest assured then that the world will not end yet.  But please, heed what He advises us to do—to change our wicked way of life and change our wrong beliefs.  Come back to the true God.

    I am just sharing with you what I heard and learned from the Holy Spirit.  The decision to believe Him or not depends upon yourself.  I am not forcing anyone to believe in what I share.  It is not my responsibility to save you or anyone, but the person’s.

    Isaiah 35:4 (KJV) states: “Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompense; he will come and save you.”

  16. 2012 is just the revealing of the 'antichrist' or the 'man of lawlessness' at the middle of what Jews and Christians call the 7 year Tribulation. Many pagan cultures (Sumerians, Babylonians, Cherokee, Hopi, Chinese I-Ching, Mayans, Egyptians, Celts, Satanists, etc...) celebrate this evil event called "the abomination that causes desolation". When will Yeshua Ha'Mashiach (Jesus) come? Only God Himself knows, but soon.
