Thinking about purchasing a MAGIC JACK INTERNET

PHONE ADAPTER. Would incoming calls come in if computer is in hibernate, if not pc would have to be on eternally in order to receive calls, right?

MagicJack will not let your computer hibernate.  

Yes, you have to have your computer on to receive calls or alternatively, if you have a normal phone line then you could forward all calls to your phone line or your cell.

Most people use the MJ just for making outgoing calls.
