DESPERATE HELP!-IPOD NOT turning ON!?

its brands new-i only got it y'day and i was charging it for quite a while , while somehtng was being downlaoded.

now it wont turn on!

it was perfectly ok y'day

HELP

when i connect it to the pc, itunes doesnt recognize it.

HELP!!

Call Apple support. If it has somehow broken already, they'll replace it for free since it's so new.

well this happens to my ipod touch alot, I just leave it alone for about a day or two. When I sync it with iTunes again iTunes usually recognizes it.

press the pause/play button and the center button at the same time for at least 6 seconds.  keep doing this until it turns on.
