DESPERATE! NEED TIPS IN: how to stop fainting?

cuz i always faint when i get a vaccine and i hate it... can i do anything to just relax and 'enjoy' the vaccie?

I don't think anyone 'enjoys' getting a vaccination, and lots of people faint (it's called vasovagal syncope) it's not dangerous, but one tip is to tell the professional administering the vaccine that you are prone to this and it's so common that you have nothing to be embarrassed about.  If you are in a recumbent position (lying down) you are less likely to have this happen again, so most people who administer vaccinations know this all too well.  Bottom line is tell the person administering the vaccine that you do have this tendency and they'll more often than not know exactly how to manage to keep it as minimally unpleasant as possible.

well there is probably a reason for this that your doctor can answer, but i would say that eating smaller meals more often and drinking more water would help at least  a little bit

no, just ask to be lying down when you get the jab, so you are in a safe place for it. I generally talk during the procedure and look away, that works for me, but you get lots of people that faint.

you faint coz ur scared of injections. it is all mind over matter. just say to yourself ....i am not going to faint. it is only an injection! try it. if this doesnt work, nothing will. good luck
