DHL Delivered my package to the wrong address...what now?

Question

I purchased an item from E-Bay and it was to be Delivered today!

Well DHL delivered it to the wrong address and im in a funk!!

i live in apartmants and DHL said they delivered to my address

but i was home all day and never seen a delivery guy at my door.

so...what do i do know?

will i be re-embersed for this if it is not found?

or do i contact the seller from e-bay?

Suggest you contact the DHL office that delivered the package and ask for the name of the person that accepted your package.  Since that person lives in your apartment, talk to him or her and recover the misdelivered item.

It is DHL responsibility to delever to the right person and in the correct address mentioned in teh AWB, In case you have given it wrong you ar estruck.

Ask DHL to provide the evidence of the person whom they have delevered and see if you can collect from the person or ask E.Bay to sort out as you have no direct link with DHL.*
