DHL problems?

On Weds I ordered some tickets for a concert which will be held on New Years Eve, I was told today that the tickets have been dispatched by DHL. I have the tracking number which tells me that the tickets are sat in the Midlands depot and arrived there at 8.30 last night. DHL Customer services are closed all weekend, and now I am stressing I wont get the tickets on time! So I want to know, has anyone had experiences with DHL, will they come on time? I am assuming they won't be going anywhere tomorrow as its Sunday!

If they did a hub transfer last night then they will be at the delivering depot on Monday SO ring your nearest depot EARLY and see if you can collect them or guarantee the delivery

I am led to believe that DHL are working on NY eve as i am expecting a mob fone delivery.

i would think they will deliver on Monday but if not, you can arrange to collect....call them monday 1st thing.

Failing that call the box office of the venue...they can trace your order via your credit card and i'm sure that they would have some sort of resolution for these situations.
