BRETT FAVRE HAS BEEN IN TRADE TALKS THIS MORNING WITH THE JETS AND VIKINGS...THE VIKINGS ARE OFFERING 2 HIGH DRAFT PICKS CAUSE THEY THINK THEY HAVE A TEAM THAT CAN WIN IT ALL RIGHT NOW....THE JETS DONT BELIEVE THAT AND REALIZE BRETT WONT BE PLAYING FOREVER...MY SOURCE IS CHRIS MORTENSEN

Hows this for a scenario? Minnesota makes a deal with the Jets to take Joe Blow(some loser) for 2 high draft picks. Then Brett cant cut it this preseason and the Jets release him. Then after all that he signs with the Vikings. Which is the team he wanted to go to anyways. The Jets dont have to give anything to the Packers because they didnt trade him! They released him and traded some yahoo!!! Think about it!!

I read where they put a "poison clause" in the trade agreement that The Pack would get three 1st round picks in the draft if he were traded the the Vikes...

NFL.com also reported that the Packers put a “poison pill” in the deal. If the Jets trade Favre to the Minnesota Vikings, they would have to give Green Bay three first-round picks.

If they do trade Favre to the Vikings, the Jets have to give the Packers 3 first round picks. NOBODY has 3 first round picks to blow like that.

The Jets are happy and very excited that Favre is with them now. Hopefully they will treat him better than my stupid Packers treated him.
