You know that Wolf Blitzer doesn't actually key in the graphics, right...it's not a one man show...and mistakes can be made.  

I really doubt it's a 'vast right wing conspiracy'...Hillary thought that about the rumours of Bill's infidelity, and she sure ate her words.
