  1. Yes i did and it looks like I gotta do it a few times and pretend I'm some of these other idiots.  Don't say it I know you guys, you are welcome.  Don't mention it.  If you can't see that this is not for safety then I'll just call for you.  Once it has gone and dropped off the table because of people like me, you will never know how bad we just saved your a$$.  You will never thank us, probably blame us.  But that's alright because in the end, you still won't die from something that you have less of a chance happening than getting struck by lightning twice (a terrorist attack).

Terrorism last 200 years in America = 9000+ deaths

Babies that die from lead and cadmium poisoning from it being added to baby formula = 1.6 million a year (30 every second)

Americans that die from properly prescribed and dosed medication (it doesn't help all people) = 300,000 deaths per year

Americans who died from cancer from (safe) nuclear power plants = 6.7 million and counting (last 50+ years)

So I ask you, what's a more valiant cause to actually fight someone about?

The businesses that lobby Congress to pass laws to make this stuff legal?  Or should we listen to the corrupt lobbied Congress and President on what we should fight for?  Oil and thier pocketbooks?  PLEASE WAKE UP AMERICA!!!!!!!!!!!  WE NEED YOU TO STAND UP FOR YOURSELF.  Congress won't, they are supposed to represent us but above all they are supposed to protect the document that ensures your rights, ABOVE YOUR SAFETY.  NOT the other way around.

"necessity is the plea for all violations of human rights, it is the argument of tyrants, it is the creed of slaves."

"If tyranny and oppression come to this country, it will be in the guise of a foreign enemy."

  2. Shut up. USA is dominant and should be able to police the world. Period.

  3. No.

  4. It wasn't illegal and it is/ and was necessary. We live in a post 9/11 world that necessitates a higher state of security.

  5. Nope! I support it to keep us safe! A "no brainer"!

  6. Yes. =) But, I really don't know why I bothered. I am an upstanding, law-abiding citizen, and I love my country. None of that stuff will ever apply to me. Besides, we have to be willing to give up some things if we want to be safe! Who cares if our Constitution is being shredded and the Bill of Rights trampled on--I can't think of one thing "right this instant" that I'm being denied, so naturally that means I haven't lost anything (no rights, liberties or freedoms) and I never will. God, people just get upset over anything and  "nothing!"

*That was hard to type even in [sarcastic] jest. I need go sit quietly, and rid my mind of any lingering idiotic thoughts, and try to cheer myself when I remember that there are people in this country who actually feel (and think) that way.*
