DISH HDMI not working. I installed two new plasma's and the HDMI outlet is not working on either.

I installed two new plasma's and the HDMI outlet is not working on either. I called Dish and they said they were aware of the problem and are addressing it, but could ot give me a time frame when it would be fixed. Do I have another option to get the highest quality picture from my new tv's?
