i am so pissed. so we called a couple of days ago to upgrade our dish network to get hd channels and to put DVR on 4 tv's throughout the house. i was pretty excited because i really wanted DVR in my room. so they were supposed to come today betweeen 2-5 o' clock and when they didn't come my dad called customer service and they told us that we had cancelled the installation! we did no such thing!!!! now we're not getting it upgraded till saturday... uhh more waiting. anyone else have problems with the dish customer service?? thx
