DISNEY WORlD?!!!!?

Question

my family and i might be going to disney world in florida in october and i was wondering wat are the must go to rides i have to ride before i leave?

any park you can think of, magic kingdom, universal, mgm etc.

any help is appreciated.

u have to go on the rock and roll one in MGM that is the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and all the water ones in Magic KIngdom!

i just got back from florida

epcot- test track, and visit the world showcase its awesome

mgm- definitely go on tower of terror, rock&#039;n&#039;roller coaster was really awesome

magic kingdom- SPLASH MOUNTAIN IS BORING. it goes slow. it barely gets you wet. definitely go on space mountain, and get a fastpass. don&#039;t go on big thunder mountain railroad, it goes slow but it&#039;s a nice way to cool down and take a rest.

typhoon lagoon- first thing i LOVEd here was swimming with the sharks. pretty cool, and maddd interesting. all the waterslides here are ballin, and the lazy river is pretty fun.

animal kingdom- the safari was interesting, DEFINITELY make time for expedition everest, so fun...

blizzard beach- mostly waterslides, but so amazing

what resort are you staying at? chances are there&#039;s alot of awesome things to do at your resort too

In Walt Disney World: There are 4 theme parks, and 2 water parks. There are Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios (originally called MGM studios, which is what people mostly refer too it as) and Animal Kingdom. The water parks are Blizzard Beach, and Typhoon lagoon. The main thrills and big main rides that you should check out in each park at WDW:

Magic Kingdom: Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, Big Thunder, Haunted Mansion, Pirates of the Carribbean,

Epcot: Mission: Space, Spaceship Earth (The big &#039;ball&#039;), Soarin&#039;, Test Track

Hollywood Stuidos (MGM): Toy Story Mania, Tower of Terror, Rock n&#039; Rollercoaster, and Star Tours

Animal Kingdom: Expedition Everest, Kiliminjaro Safari&#039;s, DINOSAUR!

I would do Disney&#039;s Hollywood Studios. With two CRAZY thrill rides hidden in the Sunset Boulavard section of the theme park, they have Rock n&#039; Rollercoaster starring Aerosmith which is just amazing. It&#039;s a coaster that launches you 0-60 in 2.8 seconds. Blows you away. My favorite ride of all time, the Twlight Zone Tower of Terror, is a thrill ride that has a story of a haunted hotel with elevators that operate on it&#039;s own. They shoot you up and down the drop shaft...numourous times. Can&#039;t miss it.

And to clear this up, Universal is not in Walt Disney World, that theme park is in the Universal Orlando resort which competes with Disney. Have fun!

I like Universal much better than Disneyworld. They have plenty of kiddie rides, but exhibits that are interesting to adults too. It&#039;s movie-oriented, and Disneyworld is more child-oriented.

I went to Disney World last summer. It was tons of fun! I visited every park. Just a heads up it is really hot so dont forget yoru sunscreen and wear light colored clothing. I personally love Soarin in Epcot. It really does feel like you&#039;re flying! You should really go visit, it&#039;s worth the wait. I waited two hours there but they have games for you to play while you wait so it shouldn&#039;t that bad. Also the tide in the water parks are awesome! I think it was called Lagoon something? I forgot, sorry. Hope I helped! :) And have fun!

My advice is turn your tickets back in and get your money back.  The money machine that is Orlando, will relentlessly suck you dry and you&#039;ll never get the image of mouse ears out of your head.  Go to Disneyland instead... smaller quieter and you can get away from it after you leave.  There&#039;s also Universal Studios, Magic Mountain, Knott&#039;s Berry Farm, and CA Adventure across from Disneyland.

Disney World is just jam packed of screaming annoying sniveling kids and parents... and the lines are unbelievable.

I loved Animal Kindgdom. and MGM. they were my favorite. if u go to animal kingdom then u have to ride the safari ride. it is soo fun.. there is gonna be something to suprise u.

Must rides are:

hollywood studios- tower of terror and rock n roller coaster, not much but those 2 there

epcot- soaring, mission space, test track

animal kingdom- expedition everest, dinosaur, primevil whirl, kilimanjaro safari, its tough to be a bug.

the parks have many things to do but those are the rides.

and universal isnt part of disney.

also, fast passes are free, just use your card or ticket or w/e you&#039;re using.

5. The Great Movie Ride (MGM Studios)

6. Pirates of the Carribean (Magic Kingdom)

7. The Haunted Mansion (Magic Kingdom)

&amp; Don&#039;t forget about the shows!  They are great too.

Just ride as many as you can...they are all fun!

I enjoyed the character buffet -- but that&#039;s not a ride....well the rollercoaster was fun, and the splash mountain if you&#039;re dressed to get wet. I mostly like walking around, not standing in line for rides.

The four parks in Walt Disney World are

Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are not part of Disney, they are about 45 minutes away and still very fun, you may be visiting there as well.

In the four Disney theme parks, Fastpasses are free with your admission.  Just insert your park ticket into the Fastpass kiosk and it will spit out a Fastpass ticket and your park ticket for you.

In the Universal parks, they have a similar system, but you do need to pay for it.

Definitely visit www.disneyworld.com or www.allears.net and find some rides you think you&#039;d like to try.  

Some of my favorites are Splash, Space and Big Thunder Mountains, Pirates of the Caribbean and the Tomorrowland Transit Authority in the Magic Kingdom

Spaceship Earth, Soarin&#039;, and Test Track in Epcot

Rock n&#039; Roller Coaster, Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, Toy Story Mania and MuppetVision 3D in Disney&#039;s Hollywood Studios

and Expedition: Everest and Finding Nemo: The Musical in Animal Kingdom.

One thing you could try to do is go to Mickey&#039;s Not So Scary Halloween Party.  It&#039;s a hard ticket event that they hold some nights in October in the Magic Kingdom.  They only sell a limited amount of tickets per night, so the lines are MUCH shorter during the party.  I&#039;d suggest you go to the party the day you want to go to the Magic Kingdom, you can get a lot done.  Plus you can go trick or treating (free candy!) and there&#039;s a special parade and fireworks show.  Can&#039;t be beat.

However, everyone is different and a Disney vacation requires some research and planning.  Visit those websites and decide what you&#039;d like to do.  The person who answered that they rode 8 rides in 10 hours clearly didn&#039;t do any research.  I just went to WDW during Spring Break this year (meaning it was INSANELY BUSY) and I hit all the major rides several times.  It&#039;s easy if you know where to go and what you&#039;re doing.

At Magic Kingdom you should totally ride Space mountain and Splash mounain. Those are fun. Other than that.... this park is only okay to me. =(

At Epcot, the ride Mission: SPACE is really cool. You actually feel like your going into space! Test track looks like an awesome ride but I&#039;ve never gotten to go on it because every time I go, something is wrong with it... Maybe thats a sign..lol

At Mgm, or, Disney&#039;s Hollywood Studios you&#039;ll have to ride the awesome tower of terror and The Aerosmith rockin&#039; rollarcoaster.

At animal Kingdom (Yay my fave) you should pretty much try to do everything. Go on the Everest Rollarcoaster and the ride DINOSAUR. Thats my favorite ride ever. IDK why. Try to go on the Safari too.

PERSONALLY, i wouldnt goto DW in the first place. its insanly crowded, its pretty easy to get lost/separated, its easy to get sick (all the foregners), theres a pretty big walk to each ride, the lines (OMFG) are VERY misleading!!

i think i rode 8 rides in 10hrs last summer. unacceptable imo. im nvr going back.

Go to Animal Kingdom. It has awesome rides and make sure to go on expedition everest. And also go to magic kingdom and go on the rides there like space mountain and other cool rides, and at MGM studios you have to go on the rockin roller coaster starring aerosmith. Those are three awesome roller coasters! (Space mountain is fast, Expedition Everest is awesome, and the rockin roller coaster has a blast off start and goes upside down) I&#039;d say those are the must go-on rides.
