DIV layout creator website?

does anyone know a website where i could create a DIV layout?

Sorry, I don't know any websites like that.

But there are many websites that provide free download-able layouts, or accept requests for custom layouts.

If not that, you can always download an advanced graphics designing program like Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop. First, you create the main image for your layout in the program, then you add the HTML & CSS coding, etc.

Ofcourse there is much more to making a DIV layout than that. So I suggest searching for a tutorial on how exactly to create a DIV layout. Trust me, it's very easy.
