DIY Wedding Chair covers?

My future mother in law wants to make our chair covers for our wedding but i need to find a template or a sample chair cover i just dont know where to look does anyone have any links besides ebay im really after the template or a website i could get it off..... the best answer gets 10 points thanks

However if you are looking for a full chair cover I would suggest purchasing one online, fitting it to your banquet chairs, then carefully remove the stitching and use that as your pattern. (I wish I could find a pattern for you but I just couldn't locate one).
