DIY Wedding Tall fower bouquets Decorations?

Question

Any creative ideas, or suggestions on how to make tall flower bouquets in a vase or something?

I have no clue where to start and am thinking if I should just order instead of make them?

I need them to be at least 25inches from the ground and be quite full.

An eiffle tower vase is the best for those and it looks so elegant. Here are some samples:
