Question:

DIsneyland Tickets - transferable?

Does DL take your thumb print or anything else to track the ticket back to the original user? I know Universal does this... Meaning, if I buy 5 day pass and use 2 days then pass the ticket to a friend who will use it for the other 3 days is this tracked? I know DL does not want people transferring tickets...but I am asking...

Thanks!!

  1. I don't know what Disneyland does because I haven't bought one in a while (annual pass instead)...but at Disneyworld they used to print out your picture on the pass.

But okay, according to a friend they are supposed to make you sign the back of your ticket and present your I.D. with the ticket but they didn't do that when she bought a multiday pass with her boyfriend.

  2. No Disneyland does not use any sort of Biometrics(fingerprint scan) for regular tickets.  They do use pictures for people with Annual Passes however.

For regular Multi-Day tickets the one thing they may do is require the person who is using the ticket to sign it.  Once it is signed they will request ID from the person each time.  They do not do this all of the time, but it is something they COULD do.
