  1. I think a DJ........would be lots of fun =)

  2. I would prefer a good DJ who can cover all the bases musically rather than a band that does one thing acceptably.  This wholly depends on what type of wedding your are having,  A harpist or a string quartet is very nice at a formal wedding/reception.  But a good DJ can be entertaining and spin your choice of tunes at reception with dancing.

  3. I'm only gonna have enough money for Cd's =X lmaolmao <3Q

  4. DJ they will play music for everyones taste.

  5. I like having a DJ. They can play a variety of different music for everyone's taste

  6. dj is better than a band

  7. Music for the wedding ceremony works best with a soloist wedding entertainer playing gently in the background e.g. a harpist or string quartet.  This type of music is non-intrusive but classy, as well as adding a sense of the occasion by having live music.

On the other hand, music for the wedding reception is usually more dynamic, so a band or DJ is your best choice.

  8. Band with open mic

  9. band! no one ever pays attention to a DJ, it would be a waste of money too, your more likely to have people get into a band.

congrats on the wedding btw :)

  10. No darling i would choice my own heavy metal band.

  11. DJ they're funner

  12. I personally like a dj better....it's cheaper (you're only paying one or two people vs. four or five) and the choice of music is all encompassing, so everyone will be happy. you'll probably have a hard time finding a swing band that can play "sexyback" lol

  13. I would go DJ. They have so other choices than a band might have.
