DMV HELP! FORM DL 44 please answer for 10 points?

Question

For form DL 44 do i fill it out before going to drivers ed during or after. and do i still need drivers training if i know how to drive?

Is taking an online course a good idea, safe, reliable (taking it with Arrow)

and insurance the same before during or after?

im 15 and a half please help i never had any experience with a drivers permit

too drive is cool but what even cooler is to be over 21 year old than get your car and have fun but take care.

The  form DL-44 is what you fill out when you go to the DMV to apply for an instruction permit.  If you have not already done so, you will also have to take a copy of your birth certificate, provide your true full name,and Social Security number, and pay the $27.00 fee. Your parents must go with you to sign the DL-44.
