DMV permit test online..?

Question

Is the DMV permit test online broken down into two sections: Road Rules and Road Signs? Or are the two sections jumbles up, or straight through. I only need to take the rules. Thanks.

The permit test covers certain parts of the book, not just 2 sections. Yeah, you should know that a hexagon is a Stop Sign, the colors, et cetera. U should def know the road rules. Also, about motorcycles and demerits.

In the state I reside the test are both given during the test, one following the other. You'll have to check with your local DMV.
