DNS cache help?

I visitthis site www.tvzone.us.

When I visit in once the DNS Cache for the main server needs to be purged. Otherwise I get an error

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /add.html on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache/1.3.41 Server at tvzone.us Port 80

I asked the network manager to purge the DNS cache once (and the error went away) but I can't keep on asking him to do it over and over again. Is there anyway of overcoming this problem.

Proxies work but doesn't let me stream and this is a streaming site.

GO TO COMMAND PROMPT AND TRY THIS COMAMND.

ipconfig /flushdns
