Pot will help you grow b***s or at least get flabby ones, but I'm not sure if it messes with your p***s.  But seriously if it does mess with the size of your d**k, I don't think you have to worry about it, because obviously that's not big of a problem, since most people haven't heard of it before.  Anything that robs blood circulation away from your d**k will make it more difficult to pop a *****, at the most.
